ABOUT INSIDE OUT LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT GROUP
Inside Out Leadership Development Group provides personal and professional
development programs utilizing experiential learning, where participants not
only learn the tools they need, but learn how to put what they learn into
practical use right away.
Inside Out Leadership delivers more than
50 programs each year, utilizing a group of talented facilitators. All our
facilitators and leaders have started by experiencing the workshops
themselves and have been trained in the methods of experiential learning
utilized in Inside Out Leadership Group's programs.
ABOUT TERRY LIGE, FOUNDER
Terry Lige, the founder, owner and head facilitator of Inside Out
Leadership, has over 30 years experience in counselling, facilitating, and
helping people to connect with their personal potential. He developed the
Connections workshop, later followed by Deeper Connections, Sacred Journey,
Couples Connections, Character of Leadership as well as corporate programs.
Terry's special gift is understanding peoples stories and providing them
with a safe place for awareness that helps them to create better results in
their lives and organizations.
